Our company and the initiative we’re taking in Myanmar. We’re deeply committed to addressing a critical environmental issue in one of the world’s top rice producing nations – Myanmar. The problem at hand is the harmful practice of openly burning leftover rice waste after harvests, which not only causes air pollution but also leads to ecological damage.
Our mission with the Sustainable Rice Waste Utilization project is clear: we want to convert this rice waste into eco-friendly furniture and decorations. Instead of allowing this waste to be burned and cause harm, we’ll collect it and use it as a raw material to manufacture sustainable products that are not only water and termite resistant but also beautiful and functional. In essence, we’re solving the waste burning problem and converting it into valuable, useful goods.
But our goals don’t stop at ecology. We also aim to make a positive impact on the economic front in Myanmar’s rural communities. We plan to create jobs in production, provide skill training, and generate income by selling our furniture and decorations both within the country and internationally through e-commerce platforms.
