In a country like China, some pain points people face are queues of 10–20 minutes for a simple drink, inconsistent flavour when shops are busy, and growing frustration with single-use plastic waste. Existing chains optimize for café seating or delivery, not the commuter who wants a reliable, barista-quality milk-tea now and must get back on the road.

Solution Statement

Our solution is to solve the “slow, wasteful milk-tea” problem by combining a compact prefab kiosk, six always-on core drinks, two seasonal slots, IoT brewers, and a WeChat mini-program bringing fast, consistent, eco-conscious milk-tea to on-the-go consumers while keeping capital and operating costs low for rapid franchising.
