Sustainable Rice Waste Utilization for Furniture and Decor Production in
Myanmar Description: Myanmar is one of the world’s leading rice producers, generating
approximately 24,910,000 tonnes of rice annually. Unfortunately, a significant portion of this
production leads to the accumulation of rice waste, which is often burned in the open air,
contributing to environmental pollution. This project aims to address this issue by using rice
waste to create environmentally friendly, waterproof, and termite-proof furniture and decor
items. The project will not only reduce pollution but also generate economic opportunities
for local communities.

We are a small company with a product aimed to enhance educators in Nigeria. Our starting goal is to create a platform which will be able to aid the eductors in organizing their classrooms, delivering material to students, have a direct line of communication with both students and parents and also provide key analytics for the benefits both of the educator and the instuitution.

Our startup is an EdTech company focused on providing teachers with tools so that they can teach the students in more effective way. Our focus is to collaborate with local government and schools in urban areas to make education more accessible

Starting off with moms wanting to prepare lunch boxes for their children, the team is formed by fewer than 5 employees making home cook style meals with an emphasis on nutrition and natural ingredients to provide healthy meal options. The team members respectively work on ingredient preparations, food preparation, boxing and packaging, delivery, and tabling on a day-to-day basis.
